Our story
A winemaker’s take on non-alcoholic.
Sens began at ENSO, the urban winery Ryan Sharp has run in Southeast Portland for 15+ years. Watching friends gather around a glass of wine, Ryan and Katie wanted that same easy, social feeling without the alcohol.
Every non-alcoholic option they tried was too sweet or felt like a poor substitute. So they started steeping herbs from their own kitchen shelves, and Ryan tuned each blend the way he’d build a wine: for balance, body and a dry, layered finish.
The result is four botanical spritzes made from pressed fruit and slow-steeped whole herbs, each with passionflower. They’re made for anywhere you’d reach for a drink: an afternoon with friends, a dinner party, the end of a long day. No buzz, no hangover.

The four blends
Four blends, one feeling.
Each one contains passionflower and supporting herbs to help you feel grounded, calm, and social (not sleepy). You choose your flavor, the plants will do the rest.
Bright Calm
Cool lemon laced with lavender, with a hibiscus blush. Crisp and lightly floral.
Golden Hour
Warm ginger and refreshing pear, with just enough spice, and rosemary on the finish.
Soft Bloom
Tart raspberry rounded out by chamomile and rose. Rich and sultry.
Night Garden
Deep blueberry against night-blooming jasmine. Dark and botanical.
Best served chilled. Great straight from the can or poured into any glass. Garnish optional: a sprig of herbs or a twist of citrus is nice.
